What is the process for hiring K-9 Kardio?
We gather detailed information on your pets, needs and routine, emergency contact information. We will provide you with a service contract and pick up keys. While we are there, we get to know both you and your dog and discuss any specific requirements or special needs that you and your pet may have. Taking notes about their habits, food regime, exercise routine and medical history is imperative. We’ll also ask for veterinary details and emergency contact information. All relevant paperwork will be filled in on this visit.
We understand that things happen and cause plans to change. Once we have scheduled and confirmed your appointment, a fee may apply for cancellations to compensate for the time set aside for your appointments. We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel an appointment email firstname.lastname@example.org We will send you a confirmation of cancellation and you will not be charged for the contracted service. You will be charged in full if we show up and you don’t need service.
**So, please don’t forget to cancel! We carefully schedule our time to provide superior service for all of our clients.
Payment is due at the beginning of each week. A $25 surcharge will be assessed for any returned checks plus related bank fees.
EXTREME INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS
Your pets safety & health is always our first concern. Visits may be delayed due to unsafe driving conditions and pets that are sick or in need of medication will receive priority scheduling during these times. It’s always a good idea to leave a key with a trusted neighbor for these emergency situations. There may be times during the year we need to adjust a scheduled visit due to inclement weather.
**Statutory holidays are subject to availability and incur additional fees **
Please remember to plan ahead for them as some of our more popular services may be booked in advance, especially during peak holiday periods, and there may even be a waiting list.
